Jupnich Privacy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Jupnich may collect or process to provide its Discord features.
Information processed
- Discord server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, message IDs, and user IDs needed for configuration and interactions
- server setup choices, ticket settings, event settings, role-panel settings, welcome settings, and source-routing settings
- ticket/event/moderation/source metadata needed to run configured features
- premium plan state, entitlement information, or manually assigned tier status
- basic operational logs needed for debugging, security, abuse prevention, and reliability
Use of information
Information is used to run product features, remember server configuration, provide support, debug issues, prevent abuse, protect service reliability, and apply paid feature access where applicable.
What is not intentionally collected
Jupnich is not designed to collect private Discord messages, payment card numbers, passwords, government IDs, or sensitive personal information.
Sharing
Zenithoche does not sell personal data. Information may be shared only when needed to operate the service, comply with law or platform rules, investigate abuse/security issues, or use infrastructure providers such as hosting, Discord, payment, or monitoring services.
Retention and removal
Configuration and feature data may be kept while the app remains installed or while needed to operate the service. Server owners may request deletion or review of stored configuration data through the official support/contact path.
Security
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect stored data, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated as the product changes. Continued use after updates means the updated policy applies.
